What You’ll Do

  • Connect with customers to learn about their needs and explain available products and services.
  • Build relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
  • Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up.
  • Help promote the agency and build awareness in the local community.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to a consistent, positive customer experience.
  • Work closely with teammates to meet agency goals and celebrate team success.
What We’re Looking For

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A goal-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for friendly team competition.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail.
  • The ability to stay focused and productive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer service, business support, or insurance experience is preferred.
  • A current state insurance license, or willingness to obtain required licenses.
Compensation $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
