"I have been with the same insurance company for over 45 years, but when my auto insurance became greater than my homeowners insurance for 1 car driven 7000 miles per year, I knew I had to do something. "Officially the worst services you’ll ever receive. The rates also suck, even for a couple with vantage scores over 800. We requested an insurance document for our employer, and we were told it could only be issued if we provide a letter from our employer stating that we wouldn’t be able to work without this document. What??!! We called Geico, made the switch, lower our premium by $1000/6 month, AND received the requested insurance document for our employer within minutes. Don’t make the same mistake we did. Stay away from Brant Blessing’s insurance agency."

"I was with this agency for over 30 years. Over the last two years they seem to be unable to keep staff. Customer service is subpar at best. Storms came causing catastrophic losses and they low balled me over the loss of my 2020 vehicle with only 50,000 miles. I took a huge financial hit. When you need your insurance most this agency was not there. Refused to talk to you.. Pawn you off to third party vendors. Then month after month continuing to send bills raising my policy to near $300 per month for a customer who until the storm had no accidents or tickets.. Horrible agents. Consumer beware. I moved agency. No thanks. Rob someone else."
