As an Account Representative at Brant Blessing State Farm, you’ll connect with customers, learn about their needs, and help them explore insurance and financial solutions that fit. What You’ll Do

  • Build lasting customer relationships through thoughtful communication and follow-up
  • Ask questions to understand customer needs and connect them with suitable solutions
  • Assist with coverage reviews, policy questions, and ongoing service
  • Support conversations about insurance, retirement, and financial goals
  • Learn agency products, services, and processes through training and coaching
  • Identify opportunities to help customers while contributing to agency growth
  • Take part in continued learning and professional development
What We’re Looking For

A Plus, Not a Must

  • Experience in sales, customer service, or a related role
  • Bilingual communication skills
Compensation $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
